POSITION SUMMARY:
Marathon Petroleum Company (MPC) is currently accepting applications for a Barge Cleaner to work within its Marine Repair Facility (MRF) in Catlettsburg, KY. Barge Cleaners are critical members of the MRF, and we are looking for individuals who can contribute to our inclusive work environment. This position is shift-work, subject to call-outs, work in inclement weather, and overtime as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Strip product heels from tank barge
+ Strip bilges from boats and barges
+ Transfer product from vessel to vessel and vessel to onshore tanks
+ Operate dock equipment, vacuum pumps, transfer pumps, blowers, meters, hoses, etc.
+ The individual must be able to wear a respir...
