Role Overview

As a Barback at Delano Dubai's restaurant, you will be a key member of the bar team ensuring smooth and efficient beverage service in an elegant indoor environment. Your quick response, attention to detail, and teamwork will support bartenders in delivering exceptional service, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Support – Assist bartenders by promptly restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar operating efficiently.
• Order Preparation – Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools, ensuring the bar is ready for service at all times.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization around the bar area, quickly clearing used glasses and disposing of waste properly.
• Communication – Collaborate closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service.
