Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and orderly lounges and bars
- Explain menu items and suggest drinks to guests to meet sales targets
- Operate onboard POS systems to create checks and generate reports
- Provide personalized service by remembering guest names and preferences
- Ensure drinks are served in proper glassware with correct garnishes
- Adhere to vessel drinking age policies
- Assist with stock loading and transport to various bars
- Conduct cleaning and maintenance according to USPH and European sanitation standards
- Perform duties such as escorting guests on embarkation day
Requirements
- Good level of English
- Minimum of one year beverage-related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
- Good administrative skills
