Job Description
Looking for bar staff
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled/canned beverages and coffee-based drinks(e.g. lattes, cappuccinos)
- Clean and maintain bar and coffee prep areas, handle espresso machine upkeep
- Operate cash register systems and process payment accurately
- Promote specials and products offerings
- Wash glassware; clean and organise bottles and display areas
- Tap keg , handle supply lines and re stock refrigerators/displays
- Serve food and grind coffee as required
- Beverage preparation and equipment maintenance
- Strong customers service and cash handling skills
