Bar Operations Lead | Creative Mixologist & Trainer

Nobu Hotel Barcelona is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team, uphold Nobu standards, and drive cocktail development. You will train staff, manage beverage operations, and oversee hygiene and safety procedures on a daily basis.

The role requires advanced mixology skills, strong product knowledge, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English. You will collaborate with management and participate in service during peak times.
