Bar Manager

We're building a bar where the spirits are made just steps from where they're poured. A distillery-to-glass concept where production, service, and storytelling are part of one experience, and where hospitality is treated as a craft in its own right. It's a rare chance to help shape something from the ground up.

We're looking for a Bar Manager to help lead the way.

This isn't only schedules and stock counts. You'll sit in a small leadership team stewarding a vision, leading a bar team that's involved in both the making and the serving of our spirits and cocktails, alongside a working on-site distillery. You'll set the tone for service, build a culture of warm, intentional hospitality, and shape the creative direction of the drinks program. You'll mentor your team and make sure every detail reflects the standard we hold ourselves to. And you'll do it as an operator, not just a host, because the best guest experiences are built on a well-run bar.
