Job Description
Our client is a 5* luxury lifestyle hotel within an international chain. They are seeking a Bar and Floor Manager (Expat) to oversee the operations and business performance of their signature food and beverage outlet. This role will be responsible for team leadership, budgeting, guest experience, sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Food & Beverage or hospitality-related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership capacity within the hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
