KST Executive POSITION SUMMARY Read and analyze banquet event order in order to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc. Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies. Communicate with guests and other employees to confirm guest needs are met. Monitor staff to confirm team is working together. Direct final breakdown and clean-up of function rooms. Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments (e.g., sink area, shelves and counters in dish room, tops of chemical bottles, back aisles and storage areas).
