In this role you drive end-to-end claims operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high service quality. You work closely with Product, Legal and Customer Service to deliver improvements that reduce risk and enhance customer outcomes. You will own governance, incident analysis and complex case handling, while coaching the team and scaling processes. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing digital bank, offering the opportunity to shape operations across markets.
