Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking an astute in-house lawyer to support Institutional and Business Banking with broad legal coverage on lending and capital markets transactions. You will coordinate with the wider legal team and business units to deliver timely, high quality advice and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a NZ-qualified solicitor with experience in banking and finance, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate multiple jurisdictions.
