Banking Concierge & Digital Solutions Specialist

ASB Bank is seeking a Customer Specialist at their Masterton Advice Centre to support customers with a wide range of banking inquiries and requests. This role will involve educating customers about ASB's digital solutions and providing excellent service while managing branch operations.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences and possess the confidence to tailor solutions based on customer needs. This role offers full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (16 hours/week) options.
