Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations within the Bankruptcy function of U.S. Mortgage Default Servicing. This role requires strong people management capabilities, in-depth domain knowledge, and the ability to consistently deliver quality results in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of processors/analysts, ensuring compliance with bankruptcy regulations, meeting SLAs, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team handling U.S. mortgage bankruptcy case within Default Servicing
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
