We are looking for a Department Head - SME Loan for our Local Bank client in Makati
Industry: Banking
Set-up: Onsite in Makati
Salary: 120k-180k
Working days: Mon to Fri

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, sales, or a related field
• 2. At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, must be in the Banking industry and must be with SME Loan Experience/Background
• 3. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
• 4. Ability to coach others
• 6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• 7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• 8. Strong leadership and team-building skills
