Bank Reconciliation Analyst

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Reconciliation Analyst.

This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Account Reconciliation of cash and cash equivalent accounts in full compliance with Chevron’s Account Reconciliation Standards.
• Utilize FSS account reconciliation process to drive enhanced process quality, consistency and address weaknesses in internal control that can lead to financial incident.
• Performs monthly cash analysis to identify critical items that need to be adjusted before the books close.
• Identifies, investigates and resolves reconciling items or discrepancies through coordination with the bank and other key contacts.
• Proposes miscellaneous journal entries for posting which include bank service fees, interest, withholding taxes, and bank and book errors based on analysis of bank reconciliation statements.
