Bank Female Support Worker
Location: Blackpool & Preston
Pay: £13.50 per hour

About the Role
Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Bank Female Support Worker to support individuals living independently in her own home in Blackpool and Preston. They receive 1:1 support, 24 hours a day, from a consistent female support team working day, night, and sleep shifts. 
This role focuses on supporting emotional wellbeing, independence, and meaningful activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the individual to maintain independence
Encouraging engagement in activities and interests
Following person-centred support plans and risk assessments
Using consistent and least restrictive approaches
Supporting emotional wellbeing and responding to distress
Building a safe and trusting relationship
