Band 5/6 Developmental Speech and Language Therapist

Job summary
The BHFT Community Adult Speech and Language Therapy team are looking for full time developing band 5/6 therapists to work in our service. We currently have vacancies at our Wokingham and East Berkshire sites, though occasionally you may need to work at other sites or attend meetings within the locality - both East and West Berkshire.

We are looking for either an NQP or a clinician with experience, motivation and a desire to be part of a growing and enthusiastic team.

As a Developing SLT you will be supported to make the transition from NQP to autonomous practitioner with guidance from senior staff. For newly qualified staff, you will work your way through our Preceptorship programme over the first year of employment which will help you make this transition and consolidate all the skills and knowledge gained throughout your training.
