Bancassurance Sales Lead — East Coast Partner Banks

AIA Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Sales Marketing lead to oversee Banca F2F sales across the East Coast. You will coach branch staff, drive premium marketing, and align initiatives with regional strategies to grow our customer base.

You will build strong relationships with partner banks, review performance, and deliver training to boost productivity. A degree in business or marketing and at least five years in financial services are preferred; English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
