Job Description
Overview
Support the Hong Leong Bank Team in process improvement, sales and marketing campaigns, data analysis, and management reporting over a minimum of 12 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Business Support: map current bancassurance workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support process streamlining initiatives.
- Sales & Marketing Campaigns: help develop and coordinate sales campaigns, contribute ideas for campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: analyse sales performance, product participation, and portfolio trends; support pipeline tracking and reporting accuracy; prepare performance summaries and insights.
- Management Reporting: support preparation of presentation materials for weekly and monthly business updates and consolidate data for internal stakeholders.
