What You ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging and practical breadmaking and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
• Develop lesson plans demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.
• Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:
  • Artisan breads
  • Laminated doughs (e.g. croissants Danish)
  • Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)
  • Fermentation and sourdough techniques
