Baker – Co. Limerick
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Baker for our client’s busy supermarket in Co. Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bakery professional with a strong background in bread baking to join a well-established retail business and become part of a high-performing fresh food team.
Salary: €17.50 – €19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads and bakery products to a high standard

Ensure consistency in product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day

Manage daily bakery production to meet customer demand and minimise waste

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering bakery ingredients and supplies

Maintain excellent food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards at all times

Ensure the bakery area is clean, organised, and fully compliant with health & safety procedures
