Bail Support Specialist

Department of Corrections NZ is seeking a Bail Support Officer in Wellington to join our Service Centre on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work closely with defendants, whānau, and defence counsel to prepare bail proposals and develop tailored bail support plans while maintaining confidentiality and meeting critical deadlines.

The role requires effective communication, strong time management, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
