Backend Machine Learning Programmer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Backend Machine Learning Programmer to build the scalable services and data infrastructure that power our AI products. You will design cloud-native systems on AWS, build large-scale data pipelines, and deploy and serve machine-learning models in production. You will join the team advancing AI-assisted coding and agentic approaches across Virtuos – creating AI agents and solutions that make our developers more productive – alongside our work on real-time AI, game AI, and quality-engineering agents. This is a global Virtuos role; being based in our Kuala Lumpur office is a plus but not required. On-site presence is expected at the start, and a hybrid arrangement (three days in the office, two days from home) can be agreed after an initial on-site period.
