Qualifications
- Strong, quality-oriented mindset and deep understanding of “why this matters” for the end user.
- Proven ability to lead and grow people (coaching, feedback, accountability) in a distributed setup.
- Excellent stakeholder skills: communicate clearly with senior leadership and influence decisions with facts, clarity, and persuasion.
- Fluency in Swiss German and English (required).
- Deep knowledge of Java and the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
- Experience building microservice-based backends using Java + Spring Boot.
- Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes.
