Serve as the manager-level individual contributor responsible for integrating headquarters and territory execution into a single, aligned strategy-to-results engine. This role owns the integrated roadmap, runs the operating rhythm (planning and performance reviews), and drives governance, decision tracking, and KPI-based execution discipline across HQ and territories—without direct people management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HQ–Territories strategic alignment & integrated roadmap ownership
Own and maintain the integrated HQ + territory strategic initiatives roadmap: priorities, milestones, dependencies, owners, and sequencing across functions and geographies.
Drive cross-functional and cross-territory alignment and closure for Key Actions by surfacing trade-offs (scope, timing, resourcing) and preparing decision options for leadership.
