The B2B Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives managing  retailers, wholesalers, and dermat clients , ensuring performance excellence, conversion quality, and sales growth through structured monitoring and training.

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve revenue and outreach targets.
