Job Description
Job Summary:
You will close BPO and managed services deals into companies that spend serious money on outbound and direct mail and need a partner who can fix their contact rate, speed-to-lead, and conversion economics.
You get warm leads from our internal lead gen team. You also hunt your own. The best AEs here do both — because the deals worth closing aren't the ones answering cold calls.
Responsibilities:
- Run discovery and close deals across our four verticals: financial services, home services, agencies, direct mail brands.
- Build and work your own outbound book on LinkedIn — Sales Navigator is non-negotiable.
- Take warm inbound leads from our lead gen team and convert them in HubSpot.
- Run full cycle: discovery → proposal → contract → signed.
- Carry a quota of new monthly recurring revenue signed.
