Job Description
Wesland is expanding its B2B sales team and looking for a motivated, people-first Account Manager to represent our POS solutions with local business.
You'll be the face of Wesland in your market — building relationships, running consultative conversations, and helping business owners spend less time on what slows them down and more time on what grows their business.
What You'll Do
- Meet business owners face-to-face, identify their challenges, and present solutions that address their needs.
- Run live demos and walk prospects through our offerings in real time.
- Partner with our leadership and customer service teams to make sure every client feels supported well beyond the sale.
- Build and maintain a book of business focused on long-term relationships, not one-off transactions.
- Stay current on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity so you're always bringing value to every conversation.
