B2B Key Account Manager
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow client relationships (corporate, SME, enterprise) Drive revenue through solution-based sales Expand accounts via upselling and cross-selling Engage with procurement, IT, and decision-makers Prepare quotations, pricing, and proposals Maintain pipeline and forecast revenue accurately Coordinate with technical teams to meet client needs Ensure customer satisfaction and account retention Non-negotiable requirements: 3 - 5 years proven experience in B2B sales / key account management Direct experience selling into business or enterprise environments Demonstrated ability to sell solutions, not just products Basic understanding of networking or technology environments Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, deal structuring) Strong pipeline management and sales discipline
