Azure App Support & Reliability Lead

Pyramid Consulting, Inc in Mexico is seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Operational Leadership to lead end-to-end Azure-based Application Support and Site Reliability Engineering, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations are met.

You will oversee day-to-day support operations, drive incident response, governance, and performance reporting, mentor SRE and application teams, and champion automation and AIOps to reduce toil and improve service quality.
