Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA). Strong knowledge of AWS serverless services and observability tools (CloudWatch, logs, alerts). Handle deployment, change management, and release support. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications. Work with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
