AWS Cloud Ops Administrator (Toronto)

Overview

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is recruiting for an AWS Cloud Ops Administrator for a 6-month contract (potential extension). The role supports the infrastructure by managing AWS cloud solutions and services, optimizing cloud operations, ensuring system reliability, and implementing automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, IAM, and more.
• Implement networking solutions such as VPC, route tables, and security groups.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using Amazon CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail.
• Collaborate with development teams to support agile release engineering using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Cloud and AWS CloudFormation.
• Ensure compliance and security using AWS Security Hub and other security practices.
