Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an experienced butcher for our award-winning western restaurant group and its expansion project.

Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene, communicating professionally with chefs and stock controller, checking delivery meat and fish for quality/quantity, and maintaining cleanliness and proper storage. Follow F&B manuals and report maintenance needs, with daily chef communications.
