AVP / VP, Senior Java Software Engineer - ITQS

Discuss and work with System Analysts to understand and analyse user/business/system functional requirements to determine the delivery requirements. Conduct risk assessment to examine, evaluate existing vs. to-be processes, determine and identify any technical constraints and limitations to the proposed solutions. Design technical solutions based on Functional Specification Document. Build solutions based on Technical Specification and conduct unit tests to ensure quality of development. Conduct code review for junior team members and vendors. Create or review documents related to system release or deployment. System Testing: Support test activities to ensure all errors reported are resolved timely. Assist in integration test and user acceptance test.
