Support senior team members in the origination and execution of property finance transactions across the Asia Pacific regionAssist in transaction execution activities, including financial analysis, due diligence coordination, documentation support, and closing processesLiaise with internal stakeholders, including credit, risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams, to support approval and execution workflowsPrepare financial models and cash flow projectionsAssist in preparing credit applications, property memos under the guidance of senior team membersSupport the monitoring of the Asia Pacific property loan portfolioConduct market, sector, and property‑level research to support transaction analysis and portfolio management Qualifications / Requirements
