Capability Development is a division within 2Excel Aviation and is partly made up of a CAA approved Design Organisation (DOA), Production Organisation (POA) and Part 145 Maintenance Organisation (MOA) which provides design, production and maintenance services to support the other business units within the group and external organisations.
