Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Nightfill team to ensure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained.
• Oversee presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery with minimal impact on customers.
• Manage tight timeframes to keep stores well stocked and looking their best.
• Create and sustain a safe and positive work environment for all team members.
