• Register patient information (room, name, diet, admissions, discharges, transfers).
• Prepare and assemble trays according to dietary instructions.
• Verify that foods meet each patient's requirements.
• Control assigned dishware, ensuring proper reception and cleaning.
• Take temperature readings and food samples.
• Assist in simple preparations (desserts, salads, etc.).
