Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the efficient handling and control of stock by:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock and materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching automotive parts accurately and within required timeframes.
- Processing all goods received and dispatched documentation accurately.
- Liaising effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
- Conducting regular stock counts and assisting with cycle counts and stock audits.
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse in line with health and safety standards.
