Automotive Showroom Supervisor — Sales Leader (Fujairah)

Ali & Sons Co is seeking a Showroom Supervisor for our Fujairah showroom. You will lead daily storefront activities, ensure targets are met, and drive a customer-first sales approach across a high-volume automotive brand portfolio.

You will mentor a sales team, monitor KPIs and CSI scores, and collaborate with senior management on promotions and showroom initiatives to elevate brand presence. Fluency in Arabic/English is advantageous.
