Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact, delivering timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a professional service experience across multiple touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues, manage service requests, and strengthen long‑term relationships while maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
