Job Description
Responsibilities HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Prepare employment contracts, job offers, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation Manage filing systems (electronic and physical) in compliance with company policies Ensure all personnel files are complete and up to date Support audits and compliance inspections by preparing required documentation Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment screening Prepare onboarding documentation and induction schedules Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes Track probation reviews and confirmations of employment Payroll & Benefits Administration Capture and submit payroll information, including leave, overtime, and attendance records Assist with payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Administer employee benefit programs, includin...
