Agriplas (office based in Bellville, Western Cape) manufactures and sells irrigation equipment and systems, specializing in the Agricultural sector, with an additional focus on industrial water filtration. The company currently has a vacancy for a driven Automation Technician with a hands-on approach to join the Automation team. Key Performance Areas: Install, commission and test automation and fertigation systems Provide technical support to colleagues, dealers and end-users (remote and on-site) Assist with technical projects and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives Support assembly and setup of irrigation, fertigation, control, radio and IoT systems Conduct testing of software, hardware and internet interfaces Perform panel wiring and work with controller hardware and software Deliver customer-focused service, building and maintaining strong relationships Manage stock control, pl...
