Job Description
- Automation-first lifecycle: Builds and maintains lead routing, scoring and hand‑off processes in Pardot/Salesforce to accelerate qualification and sales handover.
- Technical campaign builds: Creates dynamic audience and suppression lists, complex nurture programmes, webinar builds and templated emails for scale.
- Data & optimisation: Uses CRM analytics to tighten attribution, reduce leakage and improve pipeline conversion from campaigns to delegate revenue.
- Delivery leadership: Manages contractors and internal teams to deliver technically robust campaigns across high‑volume event portfolios.
