Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Drive TPM standards, including centerlining and autonomous maintenance, to reduce variability and improve first-time-right performance.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance asset performance.
