About the role
Justteachers is seeking an Autism School Support Worker to join a specialist autism provision in the Leeds area on a long‑term basis.
The full‑time post is due to start immediately , with shortlisting currently taking place. The school provides a calm, structured and highly supportive environment, placing a strong emphasis on communication, emotional regulation and personalised learning for pupils with ASC.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with autism to access learning and develop communication and independence
- Implementing structured routines, visual supports and autism‑specific strategies
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver individualised support plans
