About the role:
Join our team at Appletree Housing Support Service, located near Auchterarder, (Postcode PH3 1D), where you’ll support an autistic adult in his own home. As an Autism Practitioner, you’ll help create personalised support plans, build relationships with the supported person, their family and other stakeholders, and work to support the person to lead a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. You’ll use a low arousal approach in your day-to-day practice.
