Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a design consultancy in Dubai that specializes in architecture, interior design, and project delivery across commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Our client is seeking an experienced Authority Architect to manage the authority approvals process, ensuring all architectural designs comply with local regulations and obtain the necessary approvals from relevant government authorities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end authority approvals process for architectural projects.
- Prepare, review, and submit drawings, documents, and applications to relevant authorities including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defence, RTA, and other regulatory bodies.
