• Executes store operations (warehouse/space) in a conscientious manner
• Builds emotional connection with customers and lives brand values
• Serves customers, sells and executes store operations conscientiously

Responsibilities

• Meets customer expectations and drives sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the customer mission statement
• Builds an emotional connection with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
• Prepares and stocks/replenishes merchandise
• Adhering to VM standards
• Ensuring a clean and orderly sales floor
• Undertake cashiering activities (without closing out cash).
• Closes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to established guidelines to safeguard cash on hand (if applicable)
