AUNZ Agency Marketing Manager, GBM

The Scaled Growth Agency Marketing team, a part of Global Business Marketing (GBM), partners closely with Scaled Growth (Independent) Agency Sales to drive growth and retention across our managed agency portfolio. This role focuses on agency expansion - helping existing agencies deepen their investment in TikTok and unlock new revenue opportunities through scalable marketing programs, and agency acquisition - bringing in new agencies into TikTok's advertising ecosystem. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that will accelerate agency growth on TikTok, which includes driving advertiser penetration within existing agencies, enabling existing agencies to acquire new clients through TikTok-first programs, and increasing the portfolio of new agencies actively trained and skilled on TikTok ads.
