Auditor- Freight Payment and Audit (Monterrey)

Reports To: Manager - Freight Payment and Audit

Location: Monterrey, N.L. México

Environment: Hybrid

Work Schedule: This position is full‑time and onsite Monday through Friday for an 8‑hour shift (7‑4 or 8‑5 local time), but flexibility is available based on coverage.

As an Auditor, you will be responsible for processing and auditing carrier invoices efficiently and expeditiously in accordance with carrier and/or customer contracts.

• Enter carrier freight bills
• Audit carrier freight bills
• Investigate and respond to billing issues/inquiries
• Understand LTL carrier pricing, tariffs, accessorial charges, and reasons why invoices fail audit
• Understand Truckload carrier pricing and reasons why invoices fail audit
• Prepare and analyze data to manage carrier payables...
